Donation Details
In return for your donation, we are offering 1 Gold Mylar Border Conclave Donor Patch (only 35 Donor Patches available for this year’s auction). We have 1 limited edition gold mylar patch for $100 in donations. You may donate multiples of $100 in cash or memorabilia for multiple patches.
Please donate what you would want to buy such as OA items, CSPs and Jamboree items. This is a Section Auction. Books, uniforms, etc… are welcome, but (in most cases) will not provide a large contribution amount. High value and quality items are best and are gladly accepted.
Auction donations are due by Friday, August 14th. If your donation sells in the top 5 highest total sales on both the SILENT and LIVE auctions, you’ll receive a Special Limited Red Mylar Border Conclave Donor Patch.
Donation Value Guidelines for items:
- OA Flaps ($5)
- OA 2-Piece Flap Sets ($10) / OA 3-Piece Flap/CSP Sets ($15)
- OA Jacket Patches ($10) / OA Neckerchief ($10)
- OA Activity Patches (Lodge, Conclave, NOAC) ($3)
- JSP’s ($5); JSP/Jacket Patch Sets ($15); Jamboree Neckerchiefs ($5)
- Camp Patches (before 1990 $3) (1990 and newer $2)
- Council Shoulder Patches – CSP’s ($2) (PLEASE, NO MORE THAN 3 OF AN ISSUE)
- Higher value CSPs: Maximum $10 donation credit on any CSP
- Donations of high value items must be reviewed by the Auction Committee
- PLEASE, NO DUPLICATE ITEMS, UNLESS THE ITEM YOU DONATED IS EXTREMELY RARE
